Valdeci Verdelho

Director-General

Valdeci Verdelho is among the communications professionals who distinguishes himself because of his experience and credibility. In a career spanning over 30 years, he was a reporter and editor of the main Brazilian newspapers and magazines, acted behind the scenes in social and political movements during the 70s and 80s, was a professor, and in the last few decades has dedicated himself to corporate communication.

For 13 years, he was the Vice President of MSLGROUP Andreoli, a Publicis Group public relations firm, leading strategic planning, media relations, event production, stakeholder relationships and crisis management for dozens of international and national clients from a broad range of sectors, dealing with diverse challenges related to image and reputation.

The main characteristics of his professional career are a strict ethical standard, a permanent search to exceed himself and a determination to innovate, coupled with a constant search for new knowledge. Besides Verdelho Associados, he’s an entrepreneur, owning a small agribusiness called Agroflora Verde in Jaboticatubas, Minas Gerais, a pioneer with an audited certificate in organic flower growing.

Ana Cecília Americano

Media Relations

Ana Cecília Americano is a communications professional with broad experience in both corporate communications and journalism. She was the PayPal account manager for two years as a part of MSL GROUP. In Telefônica, she was the External Communications Manager; she was also communications adviser for CGEE (Brasília) and lead Ketchum Estratégia agency’s Oracle account for three years. Besides that, she has worked in prominent positions for the newspapers Gazeta Mercantil (in two different occasions) and for O Estado de São Paulo, as well as for the Pequenas Empresas Grandes Negócios magazine, covering Economy, Business and Information and Communication Technologies (ITCs).

Aya Nakai

Art Director

An architect graduate from the Faculdade de Arquitetura e Urbanismo – USP, she has been in the communications and design area since 1996. As a graphic designer in the branding, editorial projects and marketing activities areas, she has developed and implemented projects to many clients, such as Hospital Albert Einstein and Saint Gobain. She was the art director for the book “Prado, História e Natureza”. Focusing on the editorial sector, she was responsible for the development and implementation of magazines and corporate catalogs for companies such as Natura, OHL and Sodexo.

Dario Palhares

Content Producer

A journalist for over 30 years, he has worked for many media outlets, such as O Globo, Folha de S. Paulo, Exame, Brasil Online, Balanço Financeiro, Diário Popular, Diário do Povo (Campinas) e A Tribuna (Santos). He has authored many books, among them, “Fundação Faculdade de Medicina – 20 anos a serviço da saúde” (FFM, 2006) and “A voz do empresariado na previdência fechada – História da Associação dos Fundos de Pensão de Empresas Privadas – APEP” (APEP, 2009 e 2014). Between 2014 and 2016, he was responsible for the assignments, verification, writing and editing of the Anuário da Câmara Brasil-Israel de Comércio e Indústria. He currently dedicates himself to producing journalistic texts and to developing sporting and corporate memory projects.

Denise Chaves

Associate Consultant

Has worked in communications for 25 years in the states of São Paulo, Ceará, Pernambuco, Rio de Janeiro and Brasília, in Brazil. She was the press officer at Sebrae Nacional, Civil Aviation National Agency and TIM in the Northeast. She developed communication projects in conferences such as Expo Milano. In media companies, she covered economics in O Povo, Jornal da Tarde and Diário do Grande ABC newspapers, as well as in magazines specialized in logistics, retail market and automation. Besides communication strategies and contents, she has been working with management indicators for better results. Her professional background includes the New York Program in Corporate Communications, in the USA; the Fellowship Program of the Foreign Press Center, in Japan; Corporate Indicators, in Mexico; and an MBA in Corporate Communications Management.

Fabíola Brito

Media Relations

Working in Corporate Communications projects, with a focus on the strategic development of communications that support business through the development and tracking of indicators, stakeholder management, technical content production and media coaching. She has a Master’s degree in Marketing from the Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing – ESPM. She specialized in strategic communications management in Fundação Getúlio Vargas and in project management in Florida International University. A Communications and Marketing professor, she has lead communications projects in organizations such as the Câmara de Comercialização de Energia Elétrica – CCEE, Crea-PE and the Federação das Indústrias de Pernambuco.

Juliana Junqueira Vieira

Digital Media

She is a digital strategy, social media and digital content producing consultant. With 16 years of experience, she has worked in Agência Polvora, TV1, MSL Group, FSB, iG and the Estado de S. Paulo newspaper. She graduated in journalism, and holds an MBA in Corporate Communications from Aberje and in Project Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.

Mariana Verdelho

Audiovisual Production

Graduated in Journalism, she has worked as a producer for television networks such as Rede TV, TV Cultura, TV Brasil and SBT. In the corporate communications area, she has worked for Mendelics, Hospital Albert Einstein, the Vines of Mendoza and Cidade Center Norte. She’s currently a part of the Special Reports Division of TV Record.

Milton Pace

Media Relations

Audiovisual and Cinema student (at Anhembi Morumbi) and graduated in Journalism at PUC-Campinas, was a producer and editor for media companies like Futebol Interior, Lance!, O Estado de S. Paulo –was a Sports Editor (website)– and Folha de S.Paulo. Since 1997 is a content producer for all formats and media, with knowledge in business communication (by ESPM) and Press Manager.

Moara Lasso Verdelho

Gifts and Pampering

Graduated in Business Administration, with an MBA in MKT at FGV she has more than 12 years of marketing experience working in both B2B and B2C with a strong emphasis on retail, especially luxury retail. Worked at the Brazil Pharma Group and ST Marche Group. Among other events, she participated in the feeding care team of Pope Benedict XVI during his visit to Brazil in 2007.

Paulo Panayotis

Associate Consultant

He’s a journalist, diver and founder of the OQVPM (O Que Vi Pelo Mundo) Portal. A descendant of Greeks and Romanians, he was born in São Paulo, where he grew up in a multilingual and multicultural environment. He started his career in Rede Bandeirantes in the 90’s, when he wrote his first major international story. He was a special reporter and international correspondent for all of the main TV networks in Brazil (Rede Globo, Rede Bandeirantes, Rede Record, SBT). He was a part of the conception and coordination team responsible for the global communications project for the 2014 World Cup. Throughout this trajectory, he became interested in the traveling and tourism universe. He covers major events and happenings in Brazil and around the world. He’s a media trainer and makes speeches about communication and tourism. He has over 50 different country stamps on his passport.

Raquel Aranha

Graduated in journalism, she has over 18 years of experience in the corporate communications sector, developing projects in institutional brand building, press offices, internal and stakeholder communications, editorial and content production. She has worked both for big firms – Companhia de Notícias and In Press Porter Novelli – and for the communication departments of multinationals such as Siemens and Nestlé.

Raquel Ayres

Media Relations

Graduated in Journalism and Public Relations, specialized in Communication and Management, she worked as a reporter and editor in the Encontro and Viver Brasil Magazines, publications that she helped to structure. In the newspaper Metro (square BH), present in 21 countries, was sub-editor. In the newspaper The Time worked in the publishings of Politics and Cities. She was signed articles for the national version of the US magazine Robb Report, dedicated to the luxury segment. Since 2014 it has been dedicated to increase the strategic communication performance for companies and political campaigns.

Robson Melendre

With 20 years of experience in public relations, communications and marketing, Robson Melendre has a solid experience in media relations, employee engagement through internal communications channels, creation of platforms for online influencers, executive training (Media Training, Message Training), management and analysis of risk and crisis situations, launch and maintenance of products in the B2B and B2C segments. Holds a degree in journalism from the University of São Paulo, a post-graduate degree in Public Relations from USP and Marketing from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.

Soraya Simão

Soraya Simão is graduated in Public Relations and has over 30 years experience in organizing events. Her portfolio includes idealizing, coordinating and assembling fairs, inaugurations, sales conventions and social events in a broad range of formats. She was responsible for the Events and Fairs area of Grupo BASF, one of the biggest chemical conglomerates of the world, and of Promon S.A., a technology organization focused in the engineering and telecommunications sectors. Soraya Simão has created a service model based on flexible solutions to accommodate her client’s needs in regards to deadlines, budget or subcontracting. This flexibility, coupled with her broad experience, has guaranteed a consistent standard of quality and innovation for her work.
